People are emotional beings, females especially.
We think short-term. We act on our impulses.
Since women prioritize their health, appearance, and relationships, they don't see the point in delaying purchases. We buy goods when our monkey brain wants them.
But what if our monkey brain is not stupid and actually knows what we truly need?
Men are driven by logic, women by emotion. Females are emotional beings deeply embodied in their intuition and the present moment. For them, it's more important to satisfy their immediate desires so they can enjoy the softness and gentleness of their nature.
We feel so man can feel through us. We are a connection between man and their emotional realm. We are alive feelings.
Constraining your heart's deepest desires is the wounding of yourself. A constrained woman castrates. And there is nothing more devastating for the world than man full of emasculated men.
Instead of delaying our impulses and avoiding our needs, we should give ourselves what we need and let ourselves enjoy ourselves.
Allow yourself to fulfill your needs and desires
Give yourself exactly what you need, not what you think you need.
Permit yourself to experience the joy of the present moment.
It's our nature. Why suppress it?
What is the point of buying that red dress that fits you so well 9 months from now? In 9 months, somebody in your family could pass away, so you won't feel like wearing it. You might be pregnant, your style might evolve, or your dress might be sold out.
Why not purchase that course on relationship improvement? Your relationship might not exist in six months, and you will have nothing to work on.
Why let your skin get drier and tackier when you can buy skincare products today and start nurturing it? Your skin is the biggest organ you have. Give it the love and attention it needs.
The same philosophy applies to exercise. Is hitting the gym tomorrow more beneficial than waiting for the first Monday of the following month? Delaying actions on your health and beauty is rude and mindless. You are working on your destruction while intentionally not preventing it.

Conscious consumption but impulsive buying
Consumerism is a sickness.
And shopping is one type of consumerism.
You should be sober enough not to get drunk on shopping.
You know you can live without all this materialistic stuff, but you choose to give it to yourself.
You know your purchase can not cause harm or damage even though you impulsively bought it.
How is that possible?
It's simple.
You know your values.
You know your habits.
You know your needs.
You are in close touch with yourself.
You set up healthy foundations for conscious consumption; You create the space between your desier and action to fulfill it, so even when buying excessively, you are doing good for yourself.
It's conscious consumption but impulsive buying.
How can I recognize if I am giving myself what I need or if I am falling short on my self-sabotaging?
We won't buy anything destructive if we have established the proper habits aligned with our core values. Damage can't be done if your foundations are set right.
If you think you have a destructive pattern, work on them and change your default settings.
If you think you spend more than your budget, give your man control over your finances. He sets you a limit, and you spend it.
Man is here to think logically; we are made to be emotional.
To shop is to spend infinite resources on consumer goods.
Spend infinite resources (money) on an asset class that preserves value.
I buy watches, birkin bags, and bitcoin.
What about you?
Buy when your heart tells you.
Love you all,
