From a young age, I knew what it takes to build a thriving work culture:

  1. Invest in People

  2. Give more than you take

I take it very seriously to nurture my employees. If the first female is joining us in the team, I want to make sure that all males in my team are mature, well-behaved, masculine individuals who will take care of themselves internally same as externally in case of any unpleasant situations. And, of course, I expect females in my team to be extremely genuine, non-manipulating, highly respectful, and diligent human beings worthy of protection and attention.

I definitely do expect that.

Either I would give them more flexible hours and extra days off

or

I would decrease the workload they have to carry on

Not because I consider them less capable. But because I value their multi-dimensionality. They are so valuable to the world that I want them to be able to build careers if they want to while also being there for their families without the need to sacrifice one or another.

In my company, it’s not work or family. It’s work and family.

To have a thriving work culture, make females satisfied.

Happy, peaceful female co-workers boost the team's productivity.

The organization that cultivates smiling women wins in the long run.

What do you think?

Should females have different work benefits than males?

If you are female, you are more than welcome to join us.

We would love to have you here.

Sending love,

Your Angela
