Here's a subtle skill to pick up.

Learn which problems are actually worth your worry.

This is so true; there are 101 problems to stress about. It’s on me to choose which ones are worthy of my worry. It’s bad if you don’t notice problems around you; it’s also stupid not to do anything about problems you have noticed, but being hyper-aware of all problems simultaneously is a form of madness. Choose your worry wisely.

Perfectionism is Not Real

Don’t expect your friends to be perfect because neither are you. Love them as they are. Love yourself as you are and try to improve yourself.

The same goes for partner.

I am nowhere near Quitting

I enjoy the struggle.

I enjoy being able to feel pain.

Where would I be without it? Thank God for every tear I shed.

Thank you, God, for every moment I doubted in myself because it helped me outgrow it each time.

Thank you, God, for having friends. And the healthy community I live in.

It’s on me to give back and keep the dynasty going.

Where will the generations that are coming live? Thank you, God, for letting me experience fear. I wouldn’t know what safety means without it.

Thank you, God, for giving me a sense of safety whenever I think of you.

I know with your love and guidance, nothing bad can happen to me.

Perfectionism, community, worry.

It's such an interesting combo.

Let’s see where it takes me.

Have fun this weekend.

Love you all,

Angy
