I will begin this newsletter by explaining why I believe hiring women and doubling down on their femininity will accelerate my company’s growth in the era of AI, then describe briefly masculine and feminine differences, and finish by elaborating on how I will run my predominantly female company and what their workspace will look like.
Leveraging Femininity in the AI Era
The best thing I’ve done for myself in the last 3 years was giving myself permission to follow my curiosity in uncorrelated directions with no expectations attached.
I became really curious about how innovation impacts human evolution, and how human evolution shapes innovation. Capitalism, network states, and AI on one side; spirituality, gender polarity, and relationships on the other side of the spectrum were preoccupying my mind.
Weird questions started emerging, but one especially stuck with me.
The Question:
If we are truly going to end up in an AI-robot-driven world, where most of the masculine skills can be replaced—and even done better—by artificially intelligent machines such as analytics, engineering, structure, planning, execution… what traits will masculine leaders have to embody to stay relevant?
My Answer:
The new wave of masculine leaders will come to light—ones that don’t just pursue and provide materially for their tribe, but lead spiritually. Leaders devoted to God, truth, and selfless service to others.
This led me to think: what then will happen to females during the AI revolution?
Will AI robots be able to replace the feminine traits: empathy, compassion, human connection, creativity, adaptability, flow, emotional bonding, intuition, intimacy?
I don’t think so.
At least not any time soon.
And this is the moment when my hypothesis came to life.
It’s not widely talked about, nor is it a mainstream idea—but from now on, everything I do—my personal growth, my business, my relationships, even my faith—will be built around this. This is the lens through which I will live my life. This is the hypothesis that will underlie all my decisions.
Feminine creativity will become more and more valuable and appreciated as we approach a world of AI, robotics, and absolute software automation, where AI can’t replicate real-life experiences or the direct touch between two human beings.
I started asking myself: What am I doing to create the space that females want to be part of? And how can I create an environment where femininity can be captured, amplified, and used for the greater good?
I want all this femininity built up and concentrated in our company’s mission and vision—while being backed by the latest technological software and hardware to propel her. I want to hire top talent and make sure the feminine density is higher in our company than anywhere else in the world—that is a North Star worth living for.
If there is one thing I wouldn’t bet against, it’s a compassionate woman. When she empathizes with your pain, she is able to move mountains. Female compassion is unbeatable. It's a superpower. It’s a superpower I’ll be betting on.
The Conceptual Renaissance of Modern Feminine Workspace
Let’s dig deeper into gender polarity by pointing out the main differences between male and female human being:

Men and women experience, process, and interpret reality differently. Yet in today’s society, especially in the workforce, we’re put through the same filter, under the same circumstances, and expected to produce the same results.
And yes, there should be a double standard for men and women—one that respects and aligns with their unique strengths, needs, and ways of operating.
Equality doesn’t mean sameness. It means creating space for both masculine and feminine energies to thrive, even if that requires different approaches.
I’m not saying women are incapable of achieving the same results as men for their company (assuming the job is not physically demanding). I’m saying the current workspace is not set up for women’s optimal performance and growth. And we are here to change that.

We bring in world-class speakers and mentors like Oprah, Mel Robbins, and Alison Armstrong to lead sessions that empower and inspire.
Our wellness benefits include monthly home cleaning and laundry services, childcare, healthy prepared meals, and fully specialized parental leave. We’ve built the best childcare system in the world—with AI-supported schools on-site, physical activities, and nutritious meals prepared for children and their families to take home. Parents stay connected to their kids throughout the day, especially important for mothers with newborns.
Being a mom isn’t easy—but here, she’s fully supported.
We work on 28-day cycles, not 24-hour cycles. When she is entering her PMS phase and expecting her period, she takes time off. If she needs a 30-minute nap during the workday, she can nap. If she’s on her period, it’s okay to work fewer hours. The concept of 9 to 5 and a 5-day workweek didn’t even exist until the late 1800s—that's just man-made stuff, a cultural norm, not a biological or universal truth. Some facts:
The 9-to-5 schedule emerged alongside white-collar office jobs in the mid-20th century as a way to separate work and home life.
Before industrialization, most people worked with the sun — sunrise to sunset, 6 days a week.
Standardized time, as we know it, was formalized in the 19th century during the Gilded Age in the U.S.—specifically to help railroads manage scheduling across cities that each had different solar times.
Our girls don’t mind coming to work at 7 and leaving at 7 if they have to. Why? Because they fulfill their emotional, physical, and personal needs during their work hours. When they go home, they’re happy, nourished, and ready for their families, their partners, and themselves.
Many executives still view female employees as a liability—because of children, emotional needs, or maternity leave. But the truth is, women can be more productive, more loyal, and more impactful if they’re placed in a structure that helps them shine rather than one that drains their spirit.
It is such a shame to waste female potential in the workspace—either they decide to quit because it destroys their happiness and health, or they don’t even try to go that route and join the workforce.
Our reality is changing rapidly, for female to thrive in modern society certain changes have to be made and workspace has to align to current societal circumstances. I feel our 3D physical environment didn’t catch up with our lifestyle. And we are here to change that.
It is time to adapt workplaces to women—to capture and amplify their specific feminine power. Because business is a combination of masculinity and femininity, creativity and engineering, the ability to adapt and the discipline to persist. The world runs on this dynamic, and we should honor it as a physical law, a law of nature, a universal truth. For far too long, femininity has been suffocated, without the space to rise.

I’ve always felt guilty for not having enough time, energy, or attention to invest in my feminine development and pleasure. I’ve been constantly overwhelmed with work. But if your workspace supports all of this—if it integrates wellness and pleasure into your daily rhythm and cares about your well-being alongside your performance, you feel truly fulfilled.
You feel connection. You feel loyalty. You want to show up. You want to give more. You feel like you belong.
We are creating a world where women can thrive in the workplace—not suffer.
We don’t just invest in her professional skills.
We invest in the nourishment of her soul, her body, her spirit, her relationships, her sense of connection and safety.
She receives benefits unlike anything she’s ever had, not just at work, but in life.
We design her day to optimize happiness, health, and fulfillment.
Work doesn’t feel like work—it becomes a source of vitality and purpose.
She goes home energized, shares her joy with her family and community, and wakes up recharged—ready to return the next morning.
By making her work lighter, we allow her to enjoy her personal life more.
By making her personal life more joyful we are making her work lighter.
It’s a perpetual cycle—one that feeds itself.
That’s why she wants to be here.
But before anything else, we are building a community of sisters—women who show up for each other.
No matter what life throws at us, you will have your sisters holding you up.
You will have a safety net.
Because it takes a village to raise a child.
And we are building that village.
Final Words
The dollar is degrading, school knowledge is becoming disproportionately useless to its cost, inflation is eating your hard-earned dollars, and two working parents with two jobs is becoming the norm for one household to afford a modest life. But a life where both parents are working all the time, separated from their kids, nature, and themselves, and most likely neglecting their health and inner spirit, is not a representation of a thriving family. On top of that, add the constant brainwashing from mainstream media outlets; no wonder we live in a society of misery and a high divorce rate.
Instead of continuing to ride this wave of constant torment, let’s make the world a better place by adopting technology, focusing on personal development, and reshaping our inner world so our reality can follow.
We are living in a time in history where major change is not just coming, it’s necessary if we, as a human species, want to survive.
100 years ago, it was unheard of for a woman to participate in Olympic games, vote, or get a business loan without a man co-signing it.
I know, it sounds ridiculous.
In the same way, 30 years from now, people will laugh that we put females in the same work environment as males and expect the same results.
In a world where we focus so much on individualism, authenticity, and personalization, how did we overlook the design of the female workspace and the flow of her workday—when she spends most of her life there? Knowing all of this information about differences in male and female development, biology, and state of consciousness—why do we treat them the same?
You spend so much time in a construct that is against your biology that first you start doubting yourself, then rejecting yourself, and eventually accepting the “fact” that something is simply wrong with you.
Fish can’t fly, nor should it. Nor will it ever be able to. That is not her natural state.
We are not taught that we have been living within systems that erode our nature.
Instead of rejecting yourself, you should accept the abilities you have as a woman, embrace them, and use them as your advantage.
When our cup is not full, we are resentful. When our cup is full, we overflow.
And that is the whole ethos behind the GoldenAge society.
It is so much more than pleasurable beauty desserts—it’s an entire movement behind it.
The vision always stays the same:

This is the reason I didn’t start with online coaching and courses. Because at the end of the day, how many online courses do you know that left a mark on society like consumer brands did—such as Nike, Apple, Mars, Dyson, etc.?
I want to build a brand that will leave a mark on consumer behavior, identity, and perception. It’s not just about our products; it’s about how we treat our employees, our customers, and anyone who comes in contact with us. It’s about how we shape social norms by being a great example.
Yes, you can say I’m a delusional girl in her twenties who doesn’t know how the world is run and operated, but shouldn’t we strive for improvement and excellence while celebrating each new day we make a small step toward a better reality?
Compounding effects work wonders, and I can’t even imagine what we will be able to achieve 10 years from now, let alone 30!
This essay is nothing more than a call for awakening. Many females feel this burden and emptiness, and they don’t do anything about it since they’re unaware of the root cause.
I am here to help you bring beauty and pleasure back into your life. By teaching, I am learning more about myself, femininity, and the beauty of human nature.
As I mentioned in the title, I am going to profit, but profit spiritually, because my soul will flourish throughout this journey.
Thank you to everyone taking part in this process.
With love,
Angela <3
If you know anybody who wants to implement these practices and redesign the norms of the female workspace, let me know.
I am assembling a team of people who are looking forward to working on this idea and turning it into reality. Feel free to text me on IG, or just reply to this email!
